The Project

Preconstruct, a leading 3D visualisation company, have built an excellent reputation for their animations of the built environment. The animations that they have produced have been broadcast extensively on BBC and commercial television news programs.

When working on the visualisation of St Austell a whole variety of media was produced to ensure a true understanding of the proposed development. A 3D model of the proposed development was created from architectural plans and site photographs in order to produce an interactive DVD, CD ROM, still perspectives and photomontages of the proposed development for planning and marketing.
